As you prepare your work day plan, be aware of thieves. These are the myriad of people who will be happy to steal your time, if you let them.

During your workday activities, ask yourself, is what I am doing nice or necessary? If it is nice to do, fine, but only work on nice, if everything in the necessary file is completed.

Focus on the necessary and do not get trapped by the nice. It will be your hallmark …of results leadership.
