What is Executive Coaching?
The business and medical world is highly competitive and fast moving. There is a little time for reflection. Success as a leading executive or physician depends upon how well you are able to understand yourself, how you relate to others, and how effectively you communicate to people in your organization, particularly under pressure. An executive coach provides insight for leaders on a personal basis in an ongoing partnership. An executive coach helps change behavior, not values or personality.
Our Mission
To provide a protected and confidential environment for executives and physicians to explore and discover themselves and what they are here to accomplish.
Company Profile
Our commitment is to guide senior executives, clergy and physicians to:
- Develop a strong sense of self, as a foundation for a sense of others.
- Increase awareness of true desires, passions and natural gifts.
- Visualize desired results through guided imagery.
- Work through barriers that delay growth, encourage, motivate, strategize and prioritize.
- Move towards love and away from fear with integrity.
- Discover the art of comfortable confrontation and conflict resolution.
- Act decisively in the absence of certainty
- Determine the actions taken that are hindering progress. Identify those actions that are substitutable and create strategies for working on unsubstitutable action items.
- Understand the difference between patience and toleration. Eliminate the situations that are energy draining because of tolerating sub optimal conditions within your control.
- Increase awareness of impression management through dress, grooming and artifactual communication.
- Create plans and implementation strategies to confront a difficult colleague situation.
